Tunheim Partners offices are located in the Riverview Office Tower, a copper-colored/glass building adjacent to the Holiday Inn Select.

Directions from common locations:

From the airport (Lindbergh terminal):

1. Follow airport exit ramp onto MN-5 West toward Bloomington
2. Take 34th Ave. exit
3. Turn left on 34th Ave.
4. Turn left at the first stoplight, which is 80th Street (American Blvd.) - (the Holiday Inn Select will be on the far left corner)
5. Turn right into the Holiday Inn driveway
6. Drive through the hotel's underpass and take an immediate left. You will see the parking garage straight ahead. Riverview Office Tower will be on your right.

From the West:

1. Take 494 east to 34th Ave. exit
2. Turn right at end of ramp
3. Turn left at the first stoplight, which is 80th Street (American Blvd.) - (the Holiday Inn Select will be on the far left corner)
4. Turn right into the Holiday Inn driveway
5. Drive through the hotels underpass and take an immediate left. You will see the parking garage straight ahead. Riverview Office Tower will be on your right.

From the East:

1. Take 494 west to 34th Ave. exit

3. Turn left at the second stoplight, which is 80th Street (American Blvd.) - (the Holiday Inn Select will be on the far left corner)
4. Turn right into the Holiday Inn driveway
5. Drive through the hotels underpass and take an immediate left. You will see the parking garage straight ahead. Riverview Office Tower will be on your right.

Parking ramp directions:

1. Enter the parking ramp and turn left.
2. Take an immediate right and drive up the ramp
3. At the top of the ramp, on the right, are two Tunheim Partners guest parking spaces. Please park there if they are available.
4. Otherwise, take a left and park in any spot that is not reserved.
5. The door to the buildings lobby is close to the Tunheim Partners guest parking spaces.
6. Once in the lobby, take the elevators to the 11th floor. You will exit the elevator in our main lobby.
